Catering options
A selection of breakfast ingredients are included in the tariff and provided for you to prepare as and when you wish. The kitchen cupboards hold most basic ingredients and if you plan to self-cater you will need to bring your own fresh meal items.
The kitchen has a large fridge, a freezer compartment, a convection microwave oven and a two-burner gas hob. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, bakeware and pots including dining room crockery and cutlery for four.
There is easy flow from the kitchen to the extensive decks that surround three sides of the Cottage. If you prefer outdoor cooking, a barbeque is available. Deck furniture, including an outdoor dining table with four chairs, allows you to relax, read or snooze in the shade or sun.
Mobile and Wifi coverage
There is now a phone tower in the area so use of mobile phones is not restricted. Wifi is also available in the Cottage.
Parking
Nearby there is parking, and it’s a short walk through the bush from car to accommodation. If your vehicle is larger than the average car then we suggest you take extra special care as the drive is steep and narrow.
Laundry
Guests are welcome to use the laundry at the main house.
Smoke-free
The Cottage is smoke-free. If you do smoke, please do so outdoors and dispose of butts in a responsible manner.
Pets
Your pets are welcome and we ask that you are responsible about their behaviour, especially where the furniture is concerned. The property is not fenced and we take no responsibility for your pet’s welfare. Possums, though not protected, may present a challenge as they are frequent visitors. Please ensure your dogs are immunised against common dog diseases and are under your control at all times.
A Piece of Paradise
"A wonderful quiet place far away from busy city life. The bungalow was right in the bush, offered a great view from the balcony, and the attention to detail blew my mind, the hosts have really thought of everything you could possibly need. Highly recommended!"
